摘要

Prior research has shown that inclusive climate or inclusion management practices can benefit organizational effectiveness by mitigating interpersonal conflict and enhancing knowledge management capacity. The presented work investigates two alternative pathways for organizations to leverage inclusion management practices for effectiveness and functioning: (1) by enhancing organizational resilience in response to crises and (2) by facilitating employees’ day-to-day inclusion experience.

嘉宾简介

Yixuan Li is an assistant professor of Management in Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida. Her research focuses on diversity and inclusion, learning and innovation, and strategic human resource management. Her work has been published in numerous journals, including Academy of Management JournalJournal of Applied PsychologyPersonnel Psychology, and Journal of Management. Yixuan has received the CAREER Award from the National Science Foundation, USA (2024) and the Emerging Scholar Award in Participation and Ownership from the Human Resources Division, Academy of Management (2022). She is on the editorial boards of Journal of Applied Psychology and Personnel Psychology (2020-current).
