It is with great enthusiasm that I announce the arrival of “Lights on MOR!”—a short video interview series with the authors of MOR articles, conducted by Ray Friedman, professor of management at Vanderbilt University and past president of IACMR. In these interviews, the authors talk about the impetus for their article, the insights they gained, and future directions for their field of research. We hope these videos will also let you get to know these authors, as people as well as scholars.
