IACMR特别讲座|如何提升审稿质量

为提升IACMR2025年大会的审稿质量,我们很高兴的宣布:IACMR将联合《组织管理研究》(MOR)编委会成员举办一系列关于如何提升审稿质量的线上讲座。本系列讲座对于希望提高审稿能力、同时希望为学术界做出贡献的学者来说将是一个宝贵的学习与交流的机会。在讲座中, 每位受邀嘉宾将挑选1-2份对论文的优秀评审作为示例和大家分享,为参会者提供如何高质量审稿、如何给出高质量评审意见的方法和建议。

嘉宾简介

庄瑷嘉(Aichia Chuang)教授在美国明尼苏达大学(University of Minnesota)获得人力资源与工业关系博士学位,现任北卡罗来纳大学格林斯伯勒分校(University of North Carolina at Greensboro)管理系教授。曾为台湾大学(National Taiwan University)富邦讲座和特聘教授。其研究领域包含个人与环境适配、领导力、跨文化管理、创造力、组织服务气候与员工绩效、多样化等。她的研究成果已发表于Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied PsychologyPersonnel PsychologyOrganizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes等学术期刊以及实务期刊如Harvard Business Review。庄教授曾获得明尼苏达大学和台湾大学系/院内教学奖,以及台湾科技部杰出研究奖、吴大猷研究奖、管理科学学会吕凤章先生纪念奖章、台湾大学研究教学学者奖和玉山奖。庄教授现任组织管理研究(Management and Organization Review)Senior Editor,並曾任Human Relations副主编,以及曾/现任Academy of Management Journal, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal of ManagementHuman Resource Management等期刊的编委,也曾是中国管理研究国际学会(IACMR)的亚太地区代表。

Dr. Victor Cui is Conrad Research Excellence Chair and Professor of Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Global Strategy at the University of Waterloo. His research focuses on two main areas: geopolitical risks, particularly between the U.S. and China, and strategies for technological innovation, including incentives, R&D collaboration, and intellectual property rights protection. His work has been published in leading scholarly journals such as Journal of International Business Studies and Strategic Management Journal, and has been featured by media outlets like Fortune and the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. He is a recipient of JIBS Best Reviewer Award and best paper awards from the Academy of Management and the Administrative Sciences Association of Canada. Dr. Cui has co-edited a special issue of JIBS, served on its editorial board, and is currently Senior Editor of Management and Organization Review, International Business Review, and Asia Pacific Journal of Management. He is Chair of Canada’s Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) IDG Grant Competition and track Co-Chair of Strategic Management Society Conference.

Qian (Cecilia) Gu is an Associate Professor at the Robinson College of Business, Georgia State University. Her research interests lie at the intersection of strategy, international business, and entrepreneurship. Her research advances the understanding of how emerging market firms address evolving stakeholder demands and global competition, and how these strategic choices affect firm performance. She takes an interdisciplinary approach, and the quality of her research is evidenced by her publishing in the top journals in the disciplines of strategy, international business, and entrepreneurship: Administrative Science Quarterly, Journal of Business Venturing, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Management, Organization Science, Personnel Psychology, and Strategic Management Journal, among others. Cecilia has taught undergraduate, MBA, EMBA, Master of International Business, DBA, and Ph.D. on topics of corporate strategy and international business. She serves as the Associate Editor of the Global Strategy Journal, and the Senior Editor of the Management and Organization Research and the Quarterly Management Journal. She also serves on the Editorial Boards of the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of World Business and Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal. She was elected as the Representative at Large for the Global Strategy Interest Group in the Strategic Management Society, and a member of the Research Committee for the Strategic Management Division in the Academy of Management. Cecilia has won a number of awards for her research and teaching. Specifically, she was awarded the Best 40 Under 40 Business Professors by Poets & Quants, and the John H. Dunning Fellowship from the University of Reading. She has been awarded the GSU IIB Professor of the Year Award seven times. She was also a recipient of the SMS Best Reviewer Award and MOR Best Reviewer Award.

贺伟是南京大学商学院人力资源管理学系教授、博士生导师,华中科技大学管理学博士。主要研究领域包括人才管理、组织薪酬分配与员工激励、领导行为与领导力。相关研究成果发表在Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Management,《管理世界》、《心理学报》、《中国工业经济》和《南开管理评论》等国内外重要学术期刊。荣获美国管理学会人力资源管理分部大会最佳论文奖(2020)、组织行为分部大会最佳会议论文奖(2014)。现任Human Resource Management的副主编,Management and Organization Review高级编辑。贺伟教授还担任中国管理研究国际学会(IACMR)学术研究委员会的联合主席。除此之外,他还担任AOM HR分部的2023 Early Career Achievement Award奖项委员会成员。

黄光立教授(Prof. Kenneth G. Huang)(Ph.D., MIT) 是新加坡国立大学(NUS)的工业系统工程与管理系(ISEM)和国大商学院战略与政策系的院长讲座副教授(终身教授)。他是新国大技术与创新管理硕士项目(MSc.)的学术主任,也是经济学人智库(EIU)的咨询委员。他是《组织管理研究》的副编辑,也曾担任《组织科学》(特刊)的副编辑/编辑委员和《管理研究期刊》(特刊)的共同责任编辑。他现在同时也是《管理学会期刊》、《战略管理杂志》、《组织科学》、《技术预测与社会变革》和(至2022 年)《国际商务研究期刊》的编辑委员。他的研究重点是创新与科技管理(人工智能、生物科技、环境、信息技术)、创业、知识产权管理与战略、数字及全球战略、科技政策、开放式创新/科学、中国和东盟(ASEAN)等新兴经济体的制度变迁。他的研究成果具有国际影响力,并发表在顶尖的国际期刊上,如《科学》、《管理学会期刊》、《战略管理杂志》、《组织科学》、《管理学报》、《国际商务研究期刊》、《研究政策》、《自然生物科技》、《美国国家科学院院刊》、《工业与企业变革》、《管理研究期刊》、《组织管理研究》和《管理学会最佳论文集》,且获得多项国际研究和最佳论文奖。他的著作和评论也被路透社、CNBC、经济学人智库、商业时报、麻省理工学院科技评论、外交事务、美国之音、中国日报、亚洲科学家、海峡时报、联合早报、思想中国和亚洲新闻台(CNA)等媒体报道。他对教育、教学和课程设计及发展做出了杰出的贡献,并数度获奖。他也是重要国际学术和行业会议上广受欢迎的主讲嘉宾。

梁建,香港科技科学博士,同济大学管理高等研究院教授。2020-2022入选爱思唯尔工商管理领域“中国被高引学者”。目前担任Management and Organization Review资深编辑,《管理学季刊》编委、领域编辑。研究兴趣为员工主动性行为、领导行为、零工经济、企业伦理等。近年来,已经在包括Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Human Relations, Journal of Organizational Behavior,Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Management and Organization Review等期刊发表多篇论文。曾获得美国管理学会(AOM)具有国际意义的最佳论文奖(2013),《心理学报》年度优秀论文奖(2015),教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(2015),Emerald优秀论文引用奖(2015),蒋一苇企业改革与发展学术基金管理学学术研究奖(2018),Management and Organization Review-RRBM最佳论文奖(2023)。

Dali Ma is Associate Professor of Management at Drexel University (US).  His research interests include entrepreneurship, organization theory, social networks, and Chinese organizations.  His research has published in Academy of Management Journal, Social Forces, Social Networks, Management and Organization Review (MOR), etc.  He received the William Newman Award for best paper based on a dissertation from the Academy of Management (AoM), and responsible research award from AoM’s Organization and Management Theory Division. He previously received the Young Scholar Award, Best Reviewer Award, and Best Senior Editor Award from MOR.  He currently serves as a senior editor at MOR. He received his PhD in sociology from the University of Chicago, and BA in sociology from Peking University.

Milo Shaoqing Wang is an assistant professor of management and entrepreneurship at Arizona State University. His research interests focus on social evaluation, digital transformation, governance, crisis management, and the co-constitution of organizations and institutions. His recent work examines the emergence and removal of stigma. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Alberta. 

Minyuan Zhao is an Associate Professor of Strategy at the Olin Business School, Washington University in St. Louis. Minyuan’s research examines the interactions between firm strategy and external environment in a global context. Her work on multinational innovation and intellectual property (IP) strategies has been published in top journals such as Management Science, Strategic Management Journal and Journal of International Business Studies. Prior to joining Olin, Minyuan was on the faculty of the Wharton School (UPenn), Ross School of Business (Michigan), and Carlson School of Management (Minnesota). She was the recipient of the 2012 Teaching Excellence Award from the Michigan EMBA program, the 2013 Best Educator Award from the NUS-UCLA EMBA program, the 2018 Teaching Excellence Award from the Wharton School, and the 2022 Reid Teaching Award from WashU’s EMBA program. She had work experience in entrepreneurship, government think tank, and the automotive industry.
