Department of Leadership and Organization Management in School of Economics and Management at Tsinghua University (Tsinghua SEM) invites applications for faculty positions at all levels. POSITIONS SUMMARY

Applicants should hold a doctorate degree or expect to hold before employment. Qualifications include demonstrated research abilities in areas of Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Computational Social Science, Sociology. Candidates must hold a strong commitment to effective teaching, productive research, and quality services to the school, the university, and the society.

The interview will be arranged either at the IACMR Conference in Xi’an or at the AOM Conference in Copenhagen.
