摘要
As the entrepreneurship field has matured over the last three decades, core constructs such as founder characteristics, entrepreneurial growth and scaling, decision-making under uncertainty, and ownership and governance have become better understood and more consistently theorized and studied empirically. At the same time, entrepreneurship research remains fragmented and organized around distinct, partially overlapping frameworks and theoretical systems such as opportunity discovery and creation, effectuation, the judgment-based approach, and the theory-based view. This talk provide an overview of these alternative perspectives, emphasizing areas of agreement and disagreement and suggesting directions for moving forward.
