Jackson G. Lu 是麻省理工大学斯隆管理学院组织行为学系Sloan School Career Development Associate Professor，任Organization Science的Senior Editor、Management and Organization Review的Senior Editor、和Journal of Personality and Social Psychology的Associate Editor (incoming)。他于2018年从哥伦比亚大学获得博士学位，并于2023 年被麻省理工大学提前授予终身教授。

Jackson通过两个独特的方向研究文化与管理：他的第一个研究方向是亚洲人在美国所面临的“竹子天花板”；第二个研究方向是多元文化经历对人和组织的影响（如领导力、创造力、道德）。他的研究发表于顶级综合科学期刊（Nature Human Behaviour、Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences）、管理学期刊（Journal of Applied Psychology、Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes、Organization Science）和心理学期刊（Annual Review of Psychology、Journal of Personality and Social Psychology、Psychological Science），并被BBC、经济学人、金融时报、哈佛商业评论、NPR、波士顿环球报、纽约时报、华盛顿邮报等300多家媒体广泛报道。
