Dear Professors,

The 2014 Western Decision Sciences Institute Forty Three Annual Meeting will be held at April 1-4, 2014 in Napa, California USA. As the track chair of the Management, Organizational Behavior, and Human Resource Management  (MOB) Track,  I am sincerely inviting you to participate in this Track.

The Management, Organizational Behavior, and Human Resource Management Track continues to grow in both size and quality, and I want to encourage you to be a part of this by submitting your creative ideas and research findings in the form of papers, abstracts, and/or program proposals.

All papers and program proposals should be submitted electronically tohttp://www.wdsinet.org. This site also contains the Call for Papers as well as instructions for authors. Papers are due by October 1, 2013.

If you have colleagues who have not received this mailing and are interested in participating in this Track, please free to provide them with copies of this letter and the attached form.
