Our track is titled “Innovation intermediaries and regional innovation systems: capabilities, knowledge transfer and place-based dynamics ” under the Theme 6. “Resilient Futures: Innovation Strategy, Management, and Policy Under Disruption”. It is linked to a forthcoming Special Issue call for papers in a leading journal.

💡 This track explores the key role of innovation intermediaries in orchestrating knowledge transfer and bridging gaps in scaling and commercialisation within regional innovation systems. It examines how these actors shape place-based dynamics, foster diversification, and contribute to regional development through their evolving capabilities and functions.
