Distinguished Scholarly Contribution Award
This award recognizes a senior scholar who has devoted much of his/her career to the study of Chinese management and has made significant contributions to the field in theory, methodology or in explaining the workings of Chinese organizations or organizations in China; who has advanced the field and blazed a path for future researchers; and who has enhanced the visibility of Chinese management research by impacting the broader research community.

MOR/PUP Best Paper Award of Chinese Theory of Management
To promote original theorizing to account for management phenomena that are relatively salient in China, Peking University Press (PUP) has set up the MOR/PUP Best Paper Award of Chinese Theory of Management. The award is intended to especially encourage research on “Indigenous Chinese theory of management”. It is important for Chinese management researchers to be innovative in their theoretical analysis. The award aims to recognize the best paper published in MOR that addresses new research questions, identifies new concepts, and/or develop new theories from the “Chinese theory of management” perspective. The winning paper is selected from the articles published in MOR in the past two years.

2025 MOR RRBM Best Paper Award
The Management and Organization Review (MOR) Responsible Research in Business and Management (RRBM) Best Paper Award is given to empirical research papers published in MOR in the past 2 years that exemplify the seven principles of RRBM, including service to society, valuing basic and applied contributions, valuing plurality and multi-disciplinary collaboration, sound methodology, stakeholder involvement, impact on stakeholders, and broad dissemination.

Kwok Leung Dissertation Grant
The Kwok Leung Fund was created to commemorate the life and work of Professor Kwok Leung, and to continue his mission of supporting young scholars. The fund is intended to support Ph.D. students who need funds to collect data to finish their dissertations. The fund is open to all doctoral students doing Chinese Management research.
