学科领军人才(3-5人)

年龄一般在55周岁以下,学术影响力大,具有带领本学科赶超或引领国际先进水平的能力。

招聘学科及研究方向:

创新管理、创业管理、会计学、公司财务、旅游管理、人力资源管理、商业分析、营销管理、战略管理等

岗位职责:

  • 每学年高质量讲授至少一门本科生课程,主持课程体系建设和教材编写;
  • 凝聚多学科协同作战、引领相关学科群赶超或保持国内外先进水平;
  • 构建本学科及相关交叉学科的学术梯队,引进和培养高层次青年人才,聚集一批有创新能力的教学科研骨干,形成有国际竞争力的青年创新团队;积极争取并主持国家重大、重点项目,努力取得有重大影响的研究成果;
  • 推动管理科学理论研究与企业管理实践、政府制度设计、新型智库建设等深度融合;
  • 拓展国际交流与合作,提高提升学科国际地位和整体竞争力。

工作和生活条件:

优秀青年学者(8-10人)

年龄一般在40周岁以下,具有优秀的学习、工作经历,有突出的学术发展潜力和合作精神,一般应具有国际高水平大学助理教授或副教授相当学术水平。以百人计划研究员、特聘研究员岗位预聘制教师引进。

岗位职责:

  • 从事高水平研究,开展原创性理论与实践问题研究,发表高水平论文,努力开创新的学科发展方向,提高自身、学科和学院的国内外学术影响力,成为国际上本领域活跃的学术成员;
  • 承担一定量的高质量教育教学工作;
  • 积极争取并主持国家重大、重点科研项目研究,力争取得重大标志性成果;
  • 领导或协助领导本学科学术梯队建设,带领创新团队进行教学科研工作。

WHO ARE WE?

Zhejiang University (ZJU) is located in Hangzhou, the capital city of Zhejiang Province. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The School of Management of Zhejiang University invites applications for tenure-track Assistant/Associate/Full Professors of Organization Behavior and Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship Management, Marketing, Operation Management, Corporate Finance and Capital Market, Accounting, International Business, Management Information Systems, Innovation Management, Business Analytics, Strategic Management, and Tourism Management. 

Positions will remain open until filled with qualified candidates who are expected to teach MBA courses in 3 years and to conduct research in related fields. Generally, applicants should have:

  1. A doctorate degree in the above related fields from renowned universities;
  2. A good publication record, or at least demonstration of the ability to publish in top journals;
  3. A strong commitment to excellence in both research and teaching.

The ideal candidate would be a student-centered, research-active, innovative and entrepreneurial faculty member with the ability to teach undergraduate and graduate level management courses, esp. MBA courses. The candidate may have the opportunity to be involved in running teaching programs, marketing the program to students, as well as assisting with student advising and placement. The minimum teaching load for tenure track faculty members is 3 courses per year.
