NYU Shanghai and the Department of Management and Organizations at the Stern School of Business, New York University, are seeking to hire tenure-track faculty for NYU's Shanghai campus, the dynamic and entrepreneurial heart of the Greater China Region.

We are eagerly seeking multiple candidates for tenure track faculty positions at NYU Shanghai at all levels (assistant, associate and full) and in all areas of management (Strategy, Organizational Behavior, and Organizational Theory). Candidates will join our diverse and inter-disciplinary Management and Organizations Group, with faculty doctorate degrees in related fields of psychology, applied economics, and sociology as well as in management and business administration. In addition to an opportunity to pursue research in the exciting setting of Greater China, the candidates will be able to develop and maintain academic ties with faculty in other NYU campuses such as New York.

Responsibilities include undergraduate teaching of core and elective management courses, in addition to rigorous academic research. We offer world-class competitive compensation and benefits packages (e.g. faculty housing).

A candidate should have a Ph.D. or be assured of its completion within one year of the 2017-18 academic year, and is expected to be an outstanding researcher and teacher at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. The position is expected to commence in Fall 2017.

The terms of employment in NYU Shanghai are comparable to U.S. institutions in terms of research start-up funds and compensation, and include housing subsidies and educational subsidies for children.
