The 2008 IACMR Conference Registration (Non-PRC)
Thank you for your interest in registering for the 2008 IACMR conference! Please note that starting with this conference, our conference registration fee includes a two-year membership. If you are already a paid member, the two-year membership will not start until your current membership expires. Please also note that pre-registration is required for the 2008 conference and beyond, that is, there will be NO on-site registration.

If you are a current member, we ask that you update your profile and provide us name badge information (including spouse name badge information). If you are not a member, please create a member profile and provide name badge information. Please note that online registration is a separate step from payment. You need to complete both to register for the conference.
Please refer to the registration fee schedule for the special rate deadline. Please note that we ONLY offer pre-registration. Anyone who does not pre-register will not be admitted to the conference.
If you are paying the student rate, please fax, email, or mail proof of student status to Eva Yao (see contact information at the bottom of the page). Proof of student status can be a copy of your student ID with valid semester marking, registrar receipt for the current semester, a letter from a university officer or faculty verifying your student status.
We accept online payment through credit cards (Visa, Master, Discover, and American Express), bank accounts, or PayPal accounts.
NOTE: If you are paying online ON BEHALF OF a faculty or student, please email us (at BOTH firstname.lastname@example.org AND email@example.com) the name of the person for whom you are paying. Please remind this person to update his/her contact information (or register as a new member) and provide us with name badge information.
If you prefer to pay with a personal check, money order, or cashier's check, please make the check/money order payable to "IACMR" and mail your check/money order together with a printout of your registration information, including name badge and profile information, to the address in Contact.

Official receipt will be provided with the conference registration packet on site.
In order to receive a refund of your registration fees, you will do one of the following:
1) If you pay with check or money order, you must request it in writing and postmark or fax to the IACMR office (1-316-978-3349) by June 1, 2008.
2) If you pay using PayPal, you will receive a full refund if you make the cancellation request within 60 days of your payment. Otherwise you will only receive the refund minus the transaction fee charged by PayPal.
No refunds will be issued after June 1, 2008. Contact the Hotel directly for information on canceling your hotel reservations.
Spouses who are not IACMR Members are allowed access to the Conference and provided a complimentary name badge, but conference information packet will not be offered to the spouses if they do not pre-register. The conference offers a special spouse registration fee of USD 200 for the entire conference packet, proceedings and all conference meals.
Access to the meeting is restricted to meeting registrants. Registrants must wear their name badge at all times.
Program Material Pickup Hours
A printed copy of the conference program as well as other conference materials will be available on-site at the Check-in Desk, which will be open on June 18 (5PM to 9PM), June 19 (730AM to 5PM), and 20 (730AM to 5PM), 2008.

You will receive meal tickets when you pick up your conference information packet on site. We provide 3 lunches and 2 dinners:
