张震副教授-亚利桑那州立大学

 








张震老师,现任亚利桑那州立大学W. P. Carey商学院管理系副教授2008年毕业于明尼苏达大学,获得人力资源与工业关系专业博士学位。20002002年从清华大学经济管理学院获得本科与硕士学位。

 

他的研究方向包括领导力过程与领导力开发,组织行为的生理学基础,创业者性格与行为,和定量研究方法。

 

他的研究成果发表于Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, The Leadership Quarterly, Psychological Methods, Organizational Research Methods等。2013年他获得美国管理学会Research Methods Division的早期成就奖。他的一篇文章获得2013年美国工业与组织心理学会“基于问卷调查的优秀研究奖”(Wiley Award for Excellence in Survey Research)他是Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Organizational Research Methods,The Leadership Quarterly的编委会成员,并且担任Applied Psychology: An International Review一期特刊的客座编辑,该特刊旨在从生理学角度研究组织行为和工业与组织心理学。
