Cost per participant is $450 (RMB 2930). The estimated cost includes conference venue charges, conference materials, equipment rentals, meals, and staff costs, etc. Conference registration income pays for about one third of the expenses. University and corporate sponsorships covers the remaining two thirds.

* The registration requires the
payment of a 2-year membership due with subscription to the IACMR official
journal (online) and access to many paid membership-only resources provided on
our website. If you are already a paid member, the two-year membership will not
start until your current membership expires.
The registration fees cover the opening and closing receptions and all coffee breaks.

For convenience of the conference participants, we will book lunch boxes for June 14 -16. The cost of US$10 or RMB60 for each lunch each person will be basically covered by the conference. However, you need to pay US$10 or RMB 60 for three lunches to help us get an accurate estimate of number of lunches and to avoid waste due to overbooking. You will receive the lunch coupons with your registration packet on site if you book lunches on line.
** Spouse Attendance
Spouses who are not IACMR Members are provided with a name badge and given access, with spouse conference registration, to the Conference limited to the two receptions and coffee breaks. Discounted lunch boxes from June 14-16 are also available for spouses to book when registration on line.
** School Staff Attendance
The School Staff Registration Fee is applied to the staff registration of sponsoring schools or those participating in exhibitions and placement services. The registered staff members are provided with a name badge and conference information packet and given access to the Conference limited to the two receptions and coffee breaks. Discounted lunch boxes from June 14-16 are also available for registered school staff to book when registration on line.
The new conference system is put into use for the first time. We have prepared a step-by-step registration guide for your convenience. You are strongly recommended to read the guide before registering for the conference to avoid any problems or troubles either at your side or our side. Thank you very much for your cooperation!

IF YOUR REGISTRATION FEE IS PAID BY PKU and you need to arrange internal
transfer of your registration fee payment. Otherwise, you need to select “Regular
member” or “Student member” as appropriate.
Payment and Receipt
We only accept online payment (via PayPal) with credit cards (Visa, Master, Discover, and American Express), bank accounts, or PayPal accounts. You will receive a confirmation email from PayPal once your transaction goes through. Please allow us 3~5 working days for processing your payment in USD to be recognized by the conference system.
If you are paying at the student
rates, please upload proof of your studentship onto the
IACMR website as instructed in the registration guidance.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTS: If you are paying online ON BEHALF OF a faculty or student, please email us (at BOTH email@example.com AND firstname.lastname@example.org) the name of the person for whom you are paying for. Please remind this person to update his/her contact information (or register as a new member) and provide us with name badge information.
We do NOT provide additional receipts in addition to the confirmation email from PayPal. If you need receipt for reimbursement purpose, please fill up your information in the Payment Information page in the registration process.
We charge a $10 processing fee for any cancellation request. No refund is issued after May 1, 2018.
The hosting school is negotiating with accommodation hotels for all conference participants. We will keep you informed of any progress. You are expected to contact the hotels directly for information about reservation or canceling your hotel reservations.
Access to the meeting is restricted to meeting registrants. Registrants must wear their name badges at all times.

A printed copy of the Conference program will be available on-site at the Registration Desk, which will be open on June 13 (3:00PM to 9:00PM), June 14 (7:30AM to 5:00PM), June 15 (7:30AM to 5:00PM), June 16 (8:00AM to 2:00PM), June 17 (8:00AM to 2:00PM), 2018.
